Here you will find information about the delivery time of your package. Unfortunately we have no influence on delivery. We are dependent on foreign delivery services.
Ordered before 3:00 PM (Dutch time / CET) = shipped the same working day!
The stock shown on our website reflects our actual live inventory. As soon as your parcel is handed over to PostNL, you will automatically receive an email containing your Track & Trace link.
(Please note: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your primary inbox).
Once we hand your parcel over to PostNL, the final delivery is managed by local postal services and couriers in the destination country. Transport to the destination country takes place either by road (courier van) or by air freight.
While we ensure rapid processing from our warehouse, please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control:
Local public holidays in the destination country
Customs clearance procedures (for orders outside the EU)
Strikes, severe weather, or unforeseen events affecting local courier services
The list below provides an overview of expected delivery times in working days.
Important note: The stated number of working days applies from the moment your parcel arrives in the destination country.
