Argo Diode battery isolators allow simultaneous charging of multiple batteries from a single alternator or charger. By physically isolating the batteries, it prevents them from discharging each other. This ensures the starter battery remains fully charged, even when the service battery is heavily used.
Key Features:
High Efficiency: The use of advanced Schottky diodes keeps voltage loss to a minimum (0.3V to 0.45V).
Compensation Diode: Equipped with an extra terminal to correct the alternator voltage, ensuring batteries are charged at the correct voltage.
Reliable Isolation: Ideal for systems where the starter and service batteries must remain strictly separated during use.
Note: This is the SC model. Unlike the AC models, this version does not feature an 'Energize' connection for modern alternators.
