The LeMans roof ventilator delivers an airflow capacity of up to 850 m³/h with an electrical power rating of 80 W. Thanks to its reversible rotation, the ventilator can actively draw fresh outdoor air into the vehicle or extract warm, humid and stale air.
The included electrical connection kit with a 3-position switch allows selection between air intake, off and air extraction. The package also includes a custom-made grey PVC interior grille, insect and snow filter, Ø129 mm floor vent, MS polymer sealant, mounting ring, rubber seal and mounting hardware.

Reversible ventilation: intake and extraction
The LeMans 24V ventilator can operate in two directions, allowing the airflow to be adapted to the vehicle's ventilation requirements.
- Position 1 – Intake: actively draws outdoor air into the vehicle interior or load compartment.
- Position 0 – Off: switches the ventilator off.
- Position 2 – Extraction: removes warm, humid and stale air from the vehicle.
The included connection kit contains the 3-position switch for these functions. If adjustable fan speed is required, a suitable 24V speed controller can be installed separately. The speed controller does not replace the reversing switch.
Why combine roof ventilation with a floor vent?
Effective air circulation requires suitable openings for both air supply and extraction. The LeMans roof ventilator actively moves air through the roof, while the included Ø129 mm floor vent provides an additional ventilation opening in the vehicle floor.
Actual airflow depends on fan direction, installation position, vehicle layout and other available ventilation openings.
Professional interior finish
The kit includes a custom-made grey PVC interior grille. Its pre-positioned mounting holes are aligned with the ventilator, helping to achieve a tidy installation.
The included soft foam padding can be used to finish the space between the vehicle roof and the headliner, creating a cleaner transition to the interior grille.
Installing the LeMans 24V Complete Kit
- Select suitable locations for the roof ventilator and floor vent.
- Inspect the roof and floor for reinforcements, wiring, pipes and other obstructions.
- Mark the roof opening using the supplied drilling and cutting template.
- Prepare the opening and protect exposed metal edges against corrosion.
- Install the mounting ring and rubber seal according to the instructions.
- Secure the roof ventilator using the included hardware on a suitable roof structure.
- Apply the supplied MS polymer sealant as required by the installation instructions.
- Install the Ø129 mm floor vent in an appropriate position.
- Fit the foam padding and grey PVC interior grille.
- Connect the ventilator using the supplied connection kit to a correctly protected 24V electrical circuit.
- Test the intake, off and extraction functions.
- Check all mountings and the watertight seal.
Installation tip: the supplied fixing materials are intended for approximately 1–3 mm roof sheet thickness. Thick or insulated roofs may require an additional adapter or alternative fasteners.
Always switch the ventilator off before reversing its rotation. Use electrical components rated for the 24V motor and its current requirements.
