LeMans 24V Premium Roof Ventilation Kit – 850 m³/h with Speed Control
A comprehensive roof ventilation solution for vehicles with a 24V electrical system. The G&C LeMans 24V Premium Kit combines a powerful electric roof ventilator with a complete electrical connection kit, stepless speed controller, closable interior grille, floor vent and mounting accessories.
The LeMans 24V delivers up to 850 m³/h airflow with an electrical power rating of 80 W. Its reversible motor allows active fresh-air intake as well as extraction of warm, humid and stale air.
The included PWM 3-position switch allows you to select intake, off or extraction. The supplied speed controller provides adjustable fan speed, enabling you to tailor ventilation to the vehicle's requirements.

Stepless speed control included as standard
The supplied PWM speed controller allows you to adjust airflow to match your ventilation requirements. Reducing the fan speed will generally also reduce operating noise.
This makes the Premium Kit suitable for both high-capacity ventilation and quieter, continuous airflow.
The controller is intended for the conventional reversible LeMans 24V motor. It is not the special controller designed for the LeMans LL Brushless series.
Reversible airflow: intake and extraction
- Position 1 – Intake: actively draws outdoor air into the vehicle.
- Position 0 – Off: switches the ventilator off.
- Position 2 – Extraction: removes warm, humid and stale air.
The 3-position switch controls airflow direction, while the PWM controller adjusts speed. Switch the ventilator off before reversing motor rotation.
Closable interior grille and spacer rings
The included luxury grey interior grille can be manually closed when required. It provides a neat finish to the interior roof opening.
The spacer rings and soft foam padding help compensate for differences in height between the vehicle roof and the interior headliner. Check the available installation space before fitting.
Combining roof and floor ventilation
The powered LeMans ventilator provides active airflow through the roof. The included passive Ø129 mm floor vent provides an additional air exchange opening.
Actual circulation depends on the vehicle layout, available openings and selected fan direction.
Installing the LeMans 24V Premium Kit
- Choose suitable locations for the roof ventilator and floor vent.
- Inspect the roof and floor for wiring, pipes, structural reinforcements and obstacles.
- Mark the roof cut-out using the supplied template.
- Prepare the openings and protect exposed metal edges against corrosion.
- Install the mounting ring and rubber seal according to the instructions.
- Secure the roof ventilator and apply the supplied MS polymer sealant as specified.
- Install the Ø129 mm passive floor vent.
- Use the spacer rings and foam padding to finish the roof-to-headliner gap.
- Fit the luxury closable interior grille.
- Connect the 24V ventilator, reversing switch and PWM speed controller according to the wiring instructions using a correctly protected circuit.
- Test both airflow directions, speed adjustment and watertight sealing.
Installation note: profiled or heavily insulated vehicle roofs may require an additional vehicle-specific adapter. Check that the wiring, controller and circuit protection are suitable for the 24V motor.
