The G&C Round 24V Premium Kit combines a powerful electric roof ventilator with stepless speed control, reversible airflow, a luxury closable interior grille, floor ventilation and complete installation accessories.
The round roof ventilator delivers up to 850 m³/h airflow with an electrical power rating of 80 W. Its reversible motor allows active fresh-air intake or extraction of warm, humid and stale air from the vehicle.
With the included 3-position switch, you can select intake, off or extraction. The supplied PWM speed controller also allows stepless adjustment of fan speed to suit your ventilation requirements.

Stepless speed control included as standard
The included PWM speed controller lets you adjust the fan speed to suit the amount of ventilation required. This provides greater flexibility than operating the ventilator only at maximum speed.
At lower speeds, operating noise generally decreases, making the Premium Kit suitable for both high-capacity ventilation and quieter, continuous air circulation.
The controller is intended for the conventional reversible Round 24V motor, not the special LeMans LL Brushless system.
Reversible airflow: intake and extraction
- Position 1 – Intake: actively draws fresh outside air into the vehicle.
- Position 0 – Off: switches the roof ventilator off.
- Position 2 – Extraction: removes warm, humid and stale air through the roof.
The 3-position switch determines airflow direction, while the PWM controller adjusts fan speed. Switch the motor off before reversing its direction.
Luxury closable interior grille and spacer rings
The included luxury grey interior grille provides a neat finish to the vehicle roof opening. It can be closed manually when required.
The supplied spacer rings and soft foam padding help compensate for the gap between the metal roof and interior headliner. Check the installation height and roof construction before fitting.
Combining roof and floor ventilation
The electric roof ventilator actively moves air through the roof. The supplied passive Ø129 mm floor vent provides an additional air opening in the vehicle floor.
These openings can support air exchange throughout the load area or vehicle interior. Actual airflow depends on the layout, available openings and selected fan direction.
Installing the Round 24V Premium Kit
- Select suitable installation positions for the roof ventilator and floor vent.
- Check the roof and floor for cables, pipes, structural reinforcements and obstacles.
- Mark the roof opening using the supplied drilling and cutting template.
- Prepare the openings and protect exposed metal edges against corrosion.
- Install the mounting ring and rubber seal according to the instructions.
- Secure the ventilator using suitable mounting hardware.
- Apply the included MS polymer sealant as specified in the installation manual.
- Install the passive Ø129 mm floor vent.
- Use the spacer rings and soft foam for a neat interior finish.
- Fit the luxury closable interior grille.
- Connect the roof ventilator, 3-position switch and PWM speed controller according to the wiring diagram on a correctly protected 24V circuit.
- Check airflow direction, speed adjustment, mounting security and watertight sealing.
Installation advice: heavily profiled, insulated or unusual vehicle roofs may require an additional roof adapter. Ensure that wiring, fuse protection and electrical components are suitable for 24V and the motor load.
